Ninestar has announced that it has upgraded its website to provide better service to its customers and allow them to more easily access information about Ninestar and the industry, describing the new website as an information resource centre.
The website has an improved customer service function, with VIPs, distributors and agents of Ninestar being able to register and log in to download a range of communication, training and marketing materials. Customers will also be able to use the website to give feedback to the company, which asserts that it will respond promptly to all enquiries.
Ninestar states that the website will be the first platform it will use to announce its new products, alerting customers to the latest product releases in a timely manner. It is an objective of Ninestar’s to focus more on its e-marketing strategies during 2013, with the new website being the hub and linking to the company’s Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts.
To appeal to more of its global customers, Ninestar has ensured that its website is multilingual, with Russian, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German and French versions also being available. Furthermore, to show its appreciation of its customers, Ninestar says that it will award the top 20 registrants with VIP access to its website.
