In a recent blog post from HP’s newsroom, editor Michelle Martin explained how HP’s new series of HP Envy Photo All-In-One printers will allow consumers to print their cherished photos quickly and easily at home, without having to make a trip to the nearest mall or print shop.
There are three models in this new series, each one promising high-quality photos at a cost of less than five cents per print, with HP’s Instant Ink service.
Anneliese Olson, General Manager and Global Head of Home Printing Solutions at HP, explained the reasoning behind the series. “Families take a lot of photos, but after the click of the shutter it’s often a case of out-of-sight, out-of-mind.” She added, “We want to give them the ability to celebrate their path of life by instantly and affordably printing those joyful memories.”
The latest HP Envy printers will have a variety of benefits and helpful features which mean they can be put to a range of uses, including the creation of wall galleries and family trees, school assignments, and both crafting and educational activities. Among these features are HP’s re-tooled 64 black ink, dual band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® SMART, not to mention HP Instant Ink which means that the printer automatically orders ink when needed, to be delivered right to the consumer’s door.
In addition, these HP Envy Photo All-In-One printers are “the world’s first in-class printers made with closed-loop recycled plastic” and they utilise HP’s own original cartridges, made using the plastic recycled from bottles collected in Haiti.
“High-quality, vibrant photos create lasting keepsakes to hold onto and enable an unprecedented level of personalisation for both education and creativity,” Olson commented. “With the HP Envy Photo Printer’s ability to create real connections through tangible memories, it’s destined to become one of the family’s favourite in-home devices.”
