Compass Sales Solutions (CSS) said the company had grown in 2016.
CSS said that 2016 was a successful year and that they now have over 10,000 users around the world and that the “biggest excitement in 2016” was the launch of their product Sherpa 4.0. In addition the company have now released over 130 “free enhancements” to their Sherpa users.
The solution offers customised reporting, promotions, manage users, merge tool, the dashboard, partnership with CEO Juice (for quarterly business reviews) and a partnership with a US bank enabling credit applications through Sherpa.
SherpaGo is now enhanced and includes more account access with features such as colour coding. There have also been updates to the Intelligent Mapping Tool making it “easier than ever”.
The Compass support teams have been busy managing 2,600 hours of free web based training as well as 75 on site training days and the professional service team continues to maintain customers’ equipment through the Net New Programme.
