Metrofuser, a U.S.-based technology solutions company, has announced it has upgraded its technical support Smartphone tool TekSuite.
The first-of-its-kind smartphone app was launched in 2014 for Apple and Google and quickly attracted over 5000 users in 109 counties.
“The next generation TekSuite will not require any download from an app store. It runs, self-contained, right in a web browser. The switch to the web platform has enabled us to add more functionality and features,” said Will DeMuth Co-President.
TekSuite is more efficient than native apps, according to Metrofuser. TekSuite works on-demand and is always accessible, without taking up a smartphone’s valuable memory or data. However, this doesn’t mean users need to sacrifice the convenience of a native app, the company explains. They are still able to save the TekSuite to their home screen — it’s installable without the hassle of a real download. In addition, Metrofuser says TekSuite uses no data storage on your device, and requires no lengthy download period, annoying updates and no installation.
TekSuite was built for professional printer service technicians that repair HP and Lexmark laser printers. Simple how-to, step by step instructions built by industry veterans contain valuable information for Printer Technical Support.
