Marco named Top Workplace in Minnesota

The Star Tribune named Marco one of Minnesota’s 175 Top Workplaces for 2021.
The Star Tribune Top Workplaces recognises the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions – measuring engagement, organisational health, and satisfaction.

This is the 12th year for the Top Workplaces programme, and Marco has won the Star Tribune Top Workplace award every year since 2010.

Any organisation with 50 or more employees in Minnesota can participate. Workplaces must allow their employees to participate in a 24-question survey conducted by the Star Tribune’s partner, Pennsylvania-based Energage. The survey covers seven areas, including organisational health factors that measure how well employees work together toward a common cause, as well as alignment – where the company is headed and its values; effectiveness – if it does things well and encourages new ideas; connection – that employees feel appreciated and their work is meaningful; as well as employee engagement, confidence in company leadership, and basics such as pay, benefits and flexibility.
