Marco named Best and Brightest

Marco’s workplace culture was recently recognised by The National Association for Business Resources by being named to the organisation’s Best and Brightest Company to Work For list.
The Best and Brightest Programme honoured 540 national-winning organisations from a pool of 5,000 nominations that showed dedication to workplace engagement and commitment to promoting a happy and healthy workplace. The 2019 winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm reviewing each company’s operations, employee enrichment, productivity and financial performance.
“Marco’s positive workplace culture is the foundation our company was built on,” Marco Director of Human Resources Sara Lommel said. “This award shows us we’ve continued this tradition of putting our employees first and are dedicated to keeping our employees happy in the future.”
With over 20 years of experience conducting the Best and Brightest competitions, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has identified numerous best human resource practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.

The companies that have been selected to be recognised nationally as a Best and Brightest Company to Work For will be featured in the February online edition of Corp! Magazine.
