October 5, 2018

Neil Lee, Chief Financial Officer of Loffler Companies, was chosen as an honouree for CFO of the Year by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

Nominees were chosen by a panel consisting of other financial executives who scored them on criteria ranging from the use of contributions, to their company’s finances and management, to the individual’s community involvement.

Neil was one of three honourees chosen in the large-size private company category. The winners will be introduced at a luncheon and profiled in a special publication.

“I work with an amazing, professional team that works hard to support me and all we do at Loffler to serve our clients,” said Neil Lee, Loffler’s Chief Financial Officer. “I am incredibly honoured to be recognised by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.”

As part of the senior leadership team at Loffler Companies, the company states that Neil is an integral part of determining strategy and direction for the company and is a key factor in the success Loffler has experienced during his 14-year tenure.

“As a dedicated Loffler employee for the past 14 years, Neil’s work has definitely been critical to the consistent growth of the company,” said Jim Loffler, Loffler Companies Founder and CEO. “We are so happy for Neil that his hard work, accomplishments and dedication has been recognised by the Minneapolis St Paul Business Journal.”

As an active member of the community, Neil has served for 15 years as the Vice Chair on the board for Raising Our Celiac Kids (ROCK), a Twin Cities non-profit group made up of volunteers that provides information and support for families whose children have celiac disease. Neil and his wife, Julie Jones, along with a handful of other families, were instrumental in forming the organisation more than 15 years ago, and remain dedicated to the organisation.

Neil is also active in the community through other Loffler Helping Hands community activities as well as personal contributions over the years that include coaching his children’s sports teams and participating in community outreach programs including Feed My Starving Children, Loaves and Fishes and more.

Loffler says its employees respond to his leadership and guidance, completing surveys that have earned the company a place on the StarTribune’s “Top Workplace” list for eight consecutive years and Minneapolis St Paul Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” for two years in a row.
