PR Newswire and Area Development reported on LD Products’ newest fulfilment centre in Pennsylvania, which complements its main warehouse in Long Beach, California. The company stated that alongside “other carrier optimisations”, around 75 percent of its customers will be able to receive packages “within two days of ordering”, and 40 percent will receive packages overnight.

LD Products added that in “a space as competitive as printer ink and office supplies, stagnancy is not an option”, and noted that it “recently lengthened” its 100 percent “satisfaction” guarantee on all products to two years. The company pointed out that “this is a year longer than the typical guarantee offered by most suppliers”, and as such “reflects LD’s continuing effort to put customer satisfaction at the forefront of corporate goals”.

Aaron Leon, CEO of LD Products, commented: “Today’s retail customers expect fast shipping as a basic tenet of customer service. Our west coast customers are always pleasantly surprised when their package arrives sooner than expected. This expansion to the east coast is our way of proactively delighting our customers and exceeding their expectations.”
