The site, www.ldproducts.com, is “newly redesigned” and is said by the company to feature a “quality selection of ink and toner”, as well as the ability for consumers to get a “two year satisfaction guarantee” when purchasing consumables from LD Products. A new section devoted to office supplies has also been added, along with quick reorder and order tracking features.
The office products sold by the company include paper, binders, bags, envelopes, labels and labelling systems, desk organisers and many other categories, while the quick reorder feature allows customers to log in and “choose from previously ordered items”, as well as “create purchasing lists” and “proceed to checkout in a matter of seconds”.
A government portal on the site also allows local and national government bodies, such as schools and federal agencies, to sign up to do business with LD Products, while a live-chat system offers quick customer service while shopping on or viewing the site. The company recently revealed that it was working alongside Edgecase to improve its online shopping experience, and chose a new web-service provider, GroupBy, last year.
