The Kyocera TASKalfa 6053ci.

Kyocera Document Solutions America has unveiled its brand new TASKalfa 6053ci Colour series and TASKalfa 6003i Black & White series.

The TASKalfa 6053ci Colour Series includes the TASKalfa 6053ci/5053ci/4053ci/3553ci/3253ci/2553ci, while the 6003i Black & White series includes the TASKalfa 6003i/5003i/4003i.

According to Kyocera, “these Colour and Black & White Multifunctional Systems deliver vibrant, high impact colour (6053ci Series), crisp black text, detailed graphics (up to 1200×1200 dpi), and an array of copy, scan, and professional finishing options that would support the needs of the most demanding office, helping to maximize workflow efficiency, productivity and security.”

Vikram Gupta, Product Marketing Manager, Corporate Marketing Group for Kyocera Document Solutions America, said: “Offices that are looking for consistent quality and performance, look no further. These devices offer superior image-quality and unmatched reliability. They perform at a level you would expect from Kyocera.”

The new models boast a new 10.1” colour touch screen interface, allowing for “easy” navigation and operation, while the professional finishing options, along with the new higher speed Dual Scan Document Processor with multi-feed detection, allows organisation to handle all document needs, in-house. In addition, improved security features will “help ensure the secure transfer of information.”

Kyocera continues to provide “industry-leading” features such as Standard Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, and NFC support, whilst the OEM’s HyPAS platform gives access to “a wide range of Kyocera and third-party business applications to help streamline business workflows, including Kyocera Net Manager, a true Output Management and Cost Control & Security solution that manages print devices and user print policies.”

The TASKalfa 6053ci and TASKalfa 6003i Series are Kyocera Fleet Services-ready (KFS), a comprehensive, cloud-based monitoring service that claims to allow authorised dealers to remotely handle many maintenance tasks for their customers, “without time-consuming on-site visits.”
