The Japanese OEM has been recognised with two different honours for its OnBase ECM solution.
Konica Minolta has been awarded the Platinum and Diamond support award honours from Hyland Software, in recognition of the help provided to organisations in operating more efficiently, through the use of the OnBase ECM solution, reports Markets Insider.
The Hyland Software Diamond Award recognises excellent service within the OnBase Community, in the form of customer support, retention, and training, as well as total numbers of customers served.
The Platinum honour, meanwhile, is given out for strong sales performance and excellence, with criteria including steps taken to grow the OnBase community via acquisitions and additional software revenue.
