Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc has announced that Graphic Enterprise Office Solutions, Inc. has been presented with the 2018 Pro-Tech Service Award.
This marks the 30th consecutive year that the dealership has earned this award.
Graphic Enterprises Office paint Solutions, Inc., based in Ohio, has been recognised by Konica Minolta for its “outstanding service of award-winning imaging products including, but not limited to, copiers, printers and software solutions”.
They are a full service office equipment company that, according to Konica Minolta, prides itself on building long-standing customer partnerships, with reliable services and products at the heart of its offering.

The OEM explained that, to be considered for the Pro-Tech Service Award, each element of the dealer’s operations were evaluated across a number of key parameters to ensure they are delivering the best customer and product support for their Konica Minolta devices. This includes management skills, inventory control systems, technical expertise, dispatch systems and customer satisfaction ratings.
