The OEM has bestowed the Tucson, Arizona-based company with the 2018 Pro-Tech Service Award, for the 25th year in a row.
Copygraphix has been recognised by Konica Minolta for its “outstanding service” of imaging products, including printers, copiers, and software solutions. They are described as “a full-service office equipment company that prides itself on building long-standing customer partnerships, with reliable services and products at the heart of its offering.”
The award is the second of its kind handed down by the OEM this month, having previously honoured Wisconsin company Marco. As with Marco, Konica Minolta evaluated Copygraphix’s operations across several key parameters, to ensure they delivered the best customer and product support for their Konica Minolta devices. This included management skills, inventory control systems, technical expertise, dispatch systems, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Since their involvement with the programme 25 years ago, their focus on providing their customers with the highest level of service has been unwavering,” declared James Ingrassia, Konica Minolta’s Vice President, Solutions Support Division. “The Pro-Tech Service Award represents Konica Minolta’s gold standard for service competency and proficiency.”
