KMP stated that the new products demonstrate that “high quality printing even works perfectly with alternative supplies”, with “high importance” placed on “suiting the functions of the inkjet and toner cartridges exactly to the printers”. This allows users to have a “perfect alternative in view of [the] price-performance ratio”.

The Epson inkjet cartridges released include four new product groups for Epson’s 16, 18, 26XL and Ecotank ink bottles, with KMP’s E154 black, E155 cyan, E156 magenta and E157 yellow replacing the 16 series. The E158 to E161 products replace the 18 series cartridges, while the E149 to E152 cartridges replace the 26XL cartridges. In turn, the E162 and E164 ink bottles replace the tanks used in Epson’s L355 and L555 machines, while HP and Canon products will be released in future.

Multipacks containing all four colours for the 16, 18 and 26XL are also available, including the E154V, E158V and E149V respectively. The alternative black cartridge for Epson’s 18 model is also available in a double pack, E158D, featuring pigmented ink. In terms of toner, KMP stated that its toner cartridges that now carry the “MPS ready” logo are “perfectly suited for these features”, and that it is “continually” working on new models for MPS applications.

Toner cartridges launched by KMP meanwhile included cartridges for HP, Samsung, Lexmark, Brother and Dell. Black and colour toners for HP’s 312A and 312X include the H-T189 and H-T192, while replacements for the HP83A and 38X have also been released in the H-T193 and H-T194. For Samsung, the SA-T64 to 67 replace the CLT506L/ELS, while the SA-T70 and 71 replace the MLT-D204L/ELS and 204E/ELS originals.

Replacements for Lexmark’s 505H and 505X include the L-T62 and 63, while the 525H and 622H are replaced by the L-T64 and 65. Finally, Brother’s TN-242BK and 246C/M/Y are replaced by the B-T57 to 60, while Dell’s C3NTP is replaced by the D-T20.
