Gesualdo, Static Control’s Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe, will look in detail at Canon’s dongle gear in his talk at the event.
Gesualdo’s talk, entitled Canon’s Dongle Gear: The Lawsuits, the Struggles and the Solution, will, according to the largest manufacturer of aftermarket imaging systems and components, “provide an in-depth look at this important ongoing issue. Gesualdo will cover the OEM’s pursuit of infringing products, the challenges faced by the aftermarket in designing an alternative offering and Static Control’s commitment to keeping remanufacturers safe with its patented SafeDrive solution”.
The Recycler previously announced that the 2016 Focus on Europe conference will take place on 16 and 17 June at the Holiday Inn Lisbon Continental in Lisbon, Portugal, and Hubei Dinglong’s Ian Copsey was recently confirmed to speak at the event, as was Uninet Imaging’s Zoltan Matyas.
Peter Mayhew, Director and Senior Analyst with Lightwords Imaging, will be chairing the event, and sponsors have also been announced for the conference, with Static Control the headline sponsor, Biuromax and Embatex the co-sponsors, and Armor the junior sponsor. You can access our online registration for Focus on Europe 2016 here, and also view our recently-launched events website, which features a call for papers, registration information and sponsorship details for the event.
Our events website – live.therecycler.com – includes all the relevant information you need to know, including details about sponsoring the event and the call for papers, and will be updated as speakers are confirmed. The conference is dedicated to the European remanufacturing industry, with companies and experts from across the continent attending to network, discuss industry trends and talk about the major issues facing remanufacturers in Europe at this time.
The event is set to follow the same structure as previous conferences, with an afternoon’s worth of talks and a cocktail evening and dinner on the Thursday, and a half day of seminars on the Friday.
