HP India launches seven-in-one MFP

OEM announces release of new MFP aimed at SOHOs, start-ups and small businesses.

HP India has announced the launch of its Hotspot LaserJet Pro M1218nfs MFP, which boasts an in-built wireless internet hotspot and comes with print, copy, scan and fax capabilities, as well as the latest mobile technologies including HP wireless direct, HP ePrint and Apple AirPrint.

The company states that the MFP is specifically designed for “SOHOs, start-ups and micro businesses with one to nine employees”, with the device featuring an inbuilt wireless hotspot allowing full internet connectivity for up to eight users via any device, including notebooks, tablets and smartphones.

The HP Hotspot LaserJet Pro M1218 nfs is available immediately in India for Rs. 18,306 ($335/€256).
