Guojin Resources change to Amco United

Remanufacturer announces company name change as of March 2012.

Guojin Resources Holdings Limited has announced on 19 March changes to its English and Chinese company and stock names.

The English name has changed from “Guojin Resources Holdings Limited” to “Amco United Holding Limited”.

Registration for the English name change is noted to have taken effect on 13 March 2012.

The short stock names for trading on the Stock Exchange will also be changed from “GUOJIN RES” to “AMCO UNITED”, due to take effect on 22 March 2012. The company stock code “630” remains unchanged.
