The award was given at the China Government Procurement Summit, held in Changsha Hunan by China Government Procurement News, with officers from government departments including the Ministry of Finance, Central Government, regional government procurement offices and enterprise representatives gathering to discuss “the success and trends of government procurement” 10 years after the China Government Procurement Act was issued.
G&G won the award after being ranked first in government procurement lists since 2010, and has been awarded government procurement contracts in Tianjin, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Sichuan and Anhui amongst others. The company also claims that the brand is now ranked “third in the world’s printer consumables suppl[y]” market after HP and Canon.
A government procurement officer stated: “G&G’s fast growth effectively meets the needs of government users, especially after its launch of business user products in China. There is large room for their development; we will keep our eyes on it.”
The company added that it has established a special department within the company to “analyze government needs and provide case-to-case services and best printing solutions”, as well as to “continuously optimize the after-sale service system” put in place.
Ren Jingqian, Assistant General Manager of G&G’s domestic sales, added: “Nothing’s better than the word of mouth; the “2012 Purchaser Favorite Award” encourages us greatly. We appreciate this honour and will continuously provide quality products and services to meet the customer needs.”
Ninestar recently received a visit from a Hong Kong investment officer after its large amount of investment in the special economic zone.
