Fuji Xerox Business Innovation introduces new A4 lineup

Fuji Xerox Business Innovation Co., Ltd. has announced the addition of A4 colour multifunction devices, the new Apeos C5240 and Apeos 6340.
Although these new devices are compact A4 machine, they can output with high productivity with a colour print speed of 52 sheets per minute and a monochrome print speed of 63 sheets per minute. A variety of outputs are possible.
In addition, the devices are equipped with a short-range wireless communication (NFC) function as standard and supports touch printing that allows you to output by simply holding the mobile terminal over the operation panel without touching the operation panel.
Furthermore, by adding an optional wireless kit, it is possible to handle environments where wired networks cannot be wired, which increases the degree of freedom in the installation location and can be used in various situations such as output in meeting spaces and common areas. The A4 multifunction device models (Apeos C5240 and Apeos 6340) have enhanced functions and cloud cooperation that streamline office operations equivalent to A3 multifunction devices. Cloud integration supports “Universal Print” provided by Microsoft, which enables printing in a secure environment from anywhere, and is a flexible work style such as hybrid work that uses both telework and office work.
Since the A4 size multifunction devices and printers are small in size, they can be used at store counters, pharmacies, hospital receptions, etc., and can be printed on specific paper such as medicine bags and water-resistant paper.
If four optional paper trays are added, users can load up to six types of paper, including the standard tray and the manual feed tray, at the same time.
In addition, the 7-inch colour operation panel of the multifunction devices is equipped with an antibacterial film that uses Fujifilm’s original antibacterial technology “Hydro Ag +” as standard equipment, and the hard buttons are made of antibacterial resin, so it is safe and comfortable.
