The software solution company is to host seminars at the ITEX 2017 event.
The event takes place from 18 to 20 April at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, and ECi’s e-automate team will be hosting ‘Owner’s University’, promoting a “better understanding, using and profiting from the software”, and offer “sessions on cloud computing, exploring key performance indicators and understanding business metrics, automating the deal and exploring automation from customer acquisition to post-sale maintenance, and the role of managed services in the office equipment arena”.
As well as the ‘Owner’s University’, the company is offering a “a free mid morning general session” on 19 April for dealers using e-automate, FMAudit, OMD and LaCrosse software. The event will be co-hosted by Laryssa Alexander, ECi’s President of the Field and IT Service Division, and Brad Sorenson, Director of Product Development for e-automate, which will give an update on the “state of business” and overviews of e-automate and FMAudit, as well as OMD and LaCrosse software solutions updates and future plans.
Alexander said: “We looked to our trainers for suggestions on topics and underutilised features. These high-level sessions will help owners and general managers to develop a better understanding of e-automate and how e-automate can drive the dealership of the future.”
Marc Spring, founder and returning owner of the ITEX show, said: “As one of the most prominent ERP providers in our industry, e-automate co-locating Owner’s University at the ITEX show reiterates the importance of industry education and training. It will be a great kick-off for this year’s event.”
