CET Group discusses change and 20 years in business

The company has changed its website and email domains, and recently celebrated its 20th anniversary at an event in China.

It noted that it has “communicate[d] to the public that the domain name for its website and corporate-related internet services ha[ve] been changed” as of 1 November, with the website now www.cetgroupco.com and having changed from www.chinaeternal.com, and all email address suffixes changed from xxx@chinaeternal.com to xxx@cetgroupco.com. CET Group recommended that users “update any link or bookmark to CET’s website to reflect this change”.

CET Group also shared a report from its 20th anniversary celebrations at the Sheraton Hotel in Beijing, stating that the “two-day event” saw “roughly 300 clients and suppliers […] from over 100 countries and different regions across the world” attend. The event was held to “review its achievements and changes over the past two decades”, and included a “conference, factory tours and a gala dinner for all attendees”.

At the conference during the event, founder Steven Ma commented that CET Group “can now be regarded as a company with high standards”, and believes that it is “well equipped with its patents and innovative technology” as well as “world-class manufacturing equipment”, all of this helping its “heating elements production line ensures consistent products of high quality”.

He added in terms of quality that the company’s testing centre will help it “compete with the OEMs”, because the centre is “certified nationally and is helping the company to develop high quality products, noting that “we have the largest facility with the strictest standards in the world. CET’s testing standards will be the benchmark for the compatible products industry”. John McCracken, Manager of the testing centre, also discussed the “significance of testing”.

He noted that “instituting comparative and baseline testing results gives a closer match to the quality and specifications of the OEM. Our testing centre can deliver faster, more efficient test results in a shorter time to the market”. Ma also discussed the company’s plan “for the next 20 years”, including its $100 million (€90.2 million) new factory in Caofeidian Industrial Zone, and it expects the one million square foot (93,000 sqm) complex “with modern, first-rate facilities” to be ready for 2018.

The site will also allow it to deliver products globally “faster through its distribution centres in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Singapore and USA”, McCracken highlighting that “the next 20 years will be challenging. We will continue in our pursuit for perfection. To accomplish this we must continue looking for ways to test smarter. We must get higher quality products to the market quicker”.

Ma also spoke about CET’s plan to “build a new global business model to connect with CET’s clients and partners”, stating that “we hope that 1+1=11. We will exist with our customers. We work together and we share. We are expect that our partnership will be more powerful and influential”. At the gala dinner, he also highlighted this new motto for “business partnership”, while the top management “also gave their thoughts” on the anniversary.

These included: Ruxu Wang, General Manager of Production; Jia Yu, Vice President; Paola, Sales Manager for the LATAM region; Joseph Steinberg, President of US-based Company Q2 LLC; Toyoshi Ohashi, Vice General Manager of Technical Department at Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation; and Yunlong Liu, Sales Director. The company aims to “invest more in product R&D, testing and patents”, and Ma concluded that “life is to move on, and never stop. CET looks forward to the next 20 years”.
