The Standard Digital reported that this latest addition strengthens Cartridge World’s East African presence to four stores in total.
The new store will be based at Heights Building in Westlands, Nairobi and will be opened on Thursday 27 April. The company “has more than 1,200 franchised retail locations in over 50 countries and 150 stores in 130 African countries”
Harry Stoubous, Global Chief Development Officer commented “Cartridge World is looking to expand its footprint and global brand awareness to many emerging regions such as Africa and today we are proudly launching our operations in Kenya and soon in Uganda. We are your only brand that will provide printing solutions across East Africa under same brand and quality,”
He added “We look at Africa as emerging market and now we have over 462 registered B2B customers and over 600 B2C customers, we can confidently say we are providing a quality product at the right price and we expect good business here in Kenya too,”
Rajesh Pandya, Regional Managing Director commented: “We will sell our products at our store in Westlands and from our sales agents only and not dealership selling to avoid exposing our customers to counterfeits that are many in the market.”
Pandya continued to explain that “they will later open more stores in the city centre and big towns.”
