Maximum PC reported that the two new devices in the PIXMA family, the MG3520 Wireless Photo and the MG2420 AIO, are “sub-$100 (€75.62)” and are “easy-to-use models” targeted at users looking for “superb quality and functionality at an affordable price”.

The outlet noted that “while we can’t speak of the quality without having any samples on hand to play with”, it does like that they’re priced lower, with the MG2420 featuring a “compact body”, a four colour cartridge system and print speeds of 8ppm in monochrome and 4ppm in colour, with a built-in scanner. The machine is available in white from Canon at $70 (€52.94).

The MG3520 meanwhile features automatic duplexing, scanning facilities, the aforementioned wireless and photo interconnectivity and FastFront, a feature that allows for “easy changing of ink and paper from the front [of] the printer”. This device is available in black, red or mirror-finished white, and will retail at $80 (€60.50).
