Arab News reports that Middle East Communications Network (MCN), one which is described as “one of the largest advertising and marketing agency networks” and manages companies such as Promoseven, Universal Media, Lowe, Initiative and Magna in the MENA region, has appointed Canon Emirates as its exclusive printing solutions provider under a five-year MPS contract that will “cover hardware and software solutions for over 40 products”.
Commenting on the appointment, Shadi Bakhour, General Manager at Canon Emirates said: : “Canon continues to expand its portfolio with a client database in the region from a range of industries looking for efficient managed print services. As a group, including some of biggest media agencies in the MENA, MCN printing is an integral part of their day-to-day workings and business, so the fact that they have signed with Canon to manage their printing needs is a testament to the strength of our offering.”
Meanwhile, Naoshi Yamada, DMD at Canon Middle East, said: “Canon Managed Print Services proactively ensures that an organization’s printer fleet is managed the way it is to be — profitably and flexibly. MPS is also instrumental in achieving operational efficiency, meet compliance targets and reduce the organization’s carbon footprint. Thus at the end, they not only help businesses save costs but also can help businesses meet their corporate social responsibility objectives too”.
