Blueprint enters thermal printer market

The Indonesian company has launched its own point-of-sale (POS) thermal printer range.

The range, reported on by Kompas (Turkish), include features such as “ultra-fast” speeds, with three devices ranging from 150mm to 300mm in print speed, and the site added that Blueprint “is known as a high-end produc[er of] ink, photo paper and toner cartridges” in Indonesia, with its latest venture “break[ing] the industry standard” for the POS machines.

The devices are also said to have twice the engine capacity, with the first – the type A300 – featuring print speeds of up to 300mm per second and multiple ports, as well as a single port with a speed of 150mm per second. The second model – the Bluetooth B250 – features a print speed of 250mm, while the third – the type M80 – is a portable device with three 24-hour batteries, “suitable for travelling”.
