Biuromax reports on team event

In March, Biuromax held its 2022 team event.
The event started with a presentation of company results both overall and for each department, followed by discussions on current and future projects. One of the highlights of these presentations was that Biuromax could report a complains rate of only 0.166% compared to the total number of products sold last year.
The company said in its social media post: “It’s been a great opportunity to share our achievements, as well as to establish plans for the future and discuss the brand strategy.”
In addition, at the event summaries of the results of surveys and interviews, which aimed to examine the level of satisfaction of our customers and team, were presented.
Apart from charts and discussions about the company, there was also time for culinary experiences and entertainment. Several people from the Biuromax multicultural team brought local delicacies to be consumed.
Biuromax added: “Thanks to our colleague Doville, we also got to know a touching Lithuanian song. It could be said that our meeting was a small celebration of diversity.”
The challenge of the evening was a negotiation game. Participants, divided into small teams, had to write a movie script. Each team had to convince the producer to finance the project – in short – to sell their story.
The company said: “The task required teamwork, attention to detail, and unconventional thinking. All of which the Biuromax team is known for. The creativity of the participants exceeded our wildest expectations. Apparently, even Tarantino was interested in one of the scripts.”
The day ended with a shared dinner and casual friendly conversations.
Biuromax concluded: “We would like to thank everyone for participating in the meeting and for their contribution to developing our company. We cannot wait for the next meeting!“
