French aftermarket manufacturer announces “evolution” within its UK sales organisation.
Following the announcement of the reorganisation of its Office Printing business in May, Armor has unveiled plans to reshuffle the roles within its UK sales organisation in order to strengthen the company’s presence.
Sean Loftus has been appointed as Head of UK sales and will report directly to Bob Reynolds, the Co-Director of the B2B business unit in Europe. Meanwhile, Louise Johnson Rose, who will report to Loftus, will take on the role of supporting the distribution network purchasing Armor products.
A new position of UK Business Development Manager has also been created within the organisation, with Rachel Griffiths appointed to the role with a view to “increasing the unique Armor Office printing back selling programme which promotes the Armor products to end users on behalf of the distribution network”. Griffiths will also report to Loftus.
Commenting on the changes, Loftus said: “Having seen a dip in our sales in 2012 following the loss of a large contract, Armor has managed to claw back and exceed previous years sales, and with the addition of Rachel and her extensive experience of working for both of the UK’s largest contract stationers, I am confident that I now have the right team members in place and between the three of us we will become a formidable force!
“This is a significant investment to ensure that Armor can become the only truly recognised quality and environmentally friendly brand of aftermarket consumables in the UK.”
