You can download the hotel reservation form PDfs and fax or post to Andrea Baule at the Dusseldorf tourist board. She will then coordinate your reservation with your chosen hotels. Full contact details for the Andrea are provided on the hotel reservation form.

Please note that Düsseldorf Marketing & Tourismus GmbH will act as an intermediary. The accommodation contract will be between you and the hotel. The bill has to be paid at the hotel before departure.
