Remax Seminars 2007
This year’s Remax Seminar programme will be as action-packed as ever. On the day before the Remax show begins we are pleased to announce two seminars featuring Industry players from North America. Lyra Research, from the US, will be presenting on “Changing Channels” while Canada’s PrintFleet will be unravelling some of the mysteries of Cost Per copy in their day-long workshop.
Intellectual Property issues are becoming ever more important within this industry. At our Remax conference in Zhuhai last June renowned litigator and former chairman of the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Committee, Edward O’Connor, spoke passionately from his experience representing third party remanufacturers against OEMs. We are pleased to welcome him back to speak again in Düsseldorf and, given the passion felt about this topic in the remanufacturing industry, we are expecting a full house for this presentation.
As ever, ETIRA, the European Toner and Inkjet Remanufacturers Association, will play a key role in the proceedings. The association’s annual member’s only meeting (covering statutory issues and quality standardisation) will be held on Wednesday 18 April around show-closing time. Following this, a networking cocktail will be offered (with free entry to all).
A whole host of other prominent industry personnel will be speaking on subjects as diverse as colour toner and recycling. Once again, we are grateful to have had so many experts come forward to speak at this event and look forward to what promises to be a very informative programme.
Seminar programme is subject to change.
Keep an eye on this website for updates to the seminar programme
