Customers who buy toners and inkjets are also buying other things as well – things like paper, labels and of course fusers and parts. For every 12 long-life toners customers will be buying a fuser or maintenance kit. The very same customers! Not selling these is just losing business that could so easily be won – and it’s easier for the customer as well. |
