Steve Weedon bows out after eighteen years at Static Control

Steve Weedon, CEO of Static Control Europe and Executive Vice President of Static Control in the USA bows out after eighteen years at the helm.
Weedon who is credited with Static Controls early expansion into Europe Middle East and Africa and more recently into Asia. Weedon leaves the company on January 31st.
Weedon joined Static Control in 1994 from “The Recycler” and was instrumental in developing their webinar programme now used successfully around the world to provide remanufacturers with the web based technical support.
There has bee no announcement of who will take over Weedons role at Static Control.

Wow- what a surprise. Steve has been the driving force of Static Control for as many years as I can remember and has always been a strong supporter of UKCRA. We wish him well and much success whatever he does in the future.
Steve has done a great job for the industry; it is curious that there is no official comment of Static itself; the last day of january is today !?
