Speaker Confirmations & Changes
Please note:
We organise our events up to 18 months in advance and although our speakers agree to speak at our events, sometimes as the date of the event approaches, they are unable to participate for personal or business reasons. We make every effort to find a suitable replacement speaker, ideally from the same organisation in the first instance if possible, or of a similar calibre and experience (and subject matter), depending on the notice we have been given by the speaker.
We do try to provide the highest calibre of events and presentations and each speaker is carefully selected as a specialist in their field. Sometimes a direct replacement cannot be found in good time and either the speaker or the topic has to be varied accordingly.
Regrettably we cannot guarantee any particular speaker or topic as our speakers themselves cannot guarantee their attendance to us. Your understanding in this matter is much appreciated.
