Japanese OEM Ricoh has revised its financial forecast for the year and has predicted a 44 percent increase in operating profits.
The company says this is due to higher net sales than it previous forecast and a positive trend in the business.
For the year ending 31 March, Ricoh believes its operating income will be 65,000 million yen (£453.2 million), up from an earlier estimate of 45,000 million yen (£313.8 million).
Ricoh is scheduled to officially report annual earnings and release predictions for the financial year on 27 April.
