Technical Support Manager
Located in Hamburg and the UK, DELACAMP are the leading distributor of parts and consumables throughout Europe, the Middle East and beyond.
We need someone to provide technical support to our major account customers in addition to assisting with product development. This will involve face-to-face contact with customers in addition to in-house research of customer issues.
This person must have an extensive knowledge of electrophotography and cartridge remanufacturing. Knowledge of component technologies would be helpful as would knowledge of colour printing issues.
An excellent command of English and ability to communicate with customers at all levels of seniority both verbally and in writing is essential. Familiarity with common office software is implicit.
Though normally of short duration, this post will involve extensive travelling.
